Humans are living in the 21st century in a world that is becoming more complex each day. Four years ago, I was fortunate to become a pioneer in a distance-learning project. I presented four courses online, live, to thirty or forty participants, five days a week. It changed my life. I have held many corporate consulting positions for the last 25 years and now, for the first time, I had a job where I was giving something back to my participants, sharing my experiences and learning about their lives. Sometimes at the end of the course, I would have members of the class in tears begging me not to end this class because they enjoyed it so much and they wanted to stay in touch. In other words, we were teaching, and creating learning communities online.

Our live global classroom; how we do it.

It’s really very simple; when it’s time for you to take your class, you will sign in and press the button that say’s “go to class”. You’ll be taken to your virtual classroom. Using your computer's microphone and VOIP, you to talk to the instructor, and you can talk to and hear your classmates. You will be using a program on the Internet where your instructor is showing you slides, photos, text, video and any other media that he/she wishes. You sit and watch their materials on your screen. It’s just like going to any classroom anywhere, but the big difference is that you may be at home, in the office, on vacation, in fact you can be just about anywhere and receive a Nimblemind course! If you have a computer and a microphone, you’re all set.
