Making Better Home Videos
Ok, we’ve all sat through long winded home movies because our hosts don’t know how to create an entertaining video. The truth is, home movies can be entertaining. Imagine capturing the essence of a family event, sharing it with friends, and having them actually enjoy it! Just a little preplanning, a little technical skill and the editing program that comes free with most computer operating systems and you can do it.
With just a few tips and a little practice you can begin to make entertaining videos. You can capture the emotions of the moment and share them with your audience. It isn’t that difficult once your video flows from your first shot (establishing shot) through the transitional shots to your closing shot because you know the basic procedures required to make effective videos. You won’t challenge Steven Speilberg after this course, but you will experience the pleasure of making a video that people enjoy.
