Business Law
What ever you needed to or wanted to know about business law! This course will cover many basic areas of the law; discuss how to form a business; the United States legal system, including sources of the U.S. court system and procedures, and an overview of specific areas of the law. The specific legal areas covered will include contracts, ethics, and general tort liability, plus more. The course is designed and organized as an introductory law course. The focus will be on developing a basic understanding of the legal issues of business law and forming that knowledge into guidelines for management actions. You will develop an understanding for global systems, improve research abilities, and understand current ethical and legal obligations of corporations. This will provide a basic understanding of laws that impact a business’ values and choices of action.
