Freedom from Dieting-Module 3

Freedom from Dieting is for all of you who have struggled with your weight and your relationship with food. You have gained and lost weight enough times to know that dieting, supplements, and exercise programs don’t work if you ignore your mind, emotions and soul.

Jump on board for this series to move yourself towards a lighter and healthier body, confidence, self-respect, inner peace and control over your life. Despite your doubts, it absolutely is possible, but you can’t get there without committing to the next step.

This is a 3-module series. Each module is 1 class per week for 4 weeks to give you time to practice what you are learning. Each module is a pre-requisite for the modules that follow it.

In Module 1, you will discover the 6 Keys and begin training in the 6 Paths of lifetime weight loss and vital health, including finding your deepest inspiration, shifting your beliefs, recognizing your hunger, and reducing cravings.

In Module 2, you will dive into powerful techniques for releasing emotions and calming your mind, deepening your connection with your body, and understanding the ways of eating that are ideal for you.

In Module 3, you will be learning to feed your soul’s hunger with creativity, instead of using food to fill the void. You will delve into writing, drawing, collage, movement, visualization and voice as mediums for self-expression, emotional release and soul nourishment. (No artistic experience needed.)
